Movement has always been with us—before we could speak, before we could write, before we even fully understood ourselves. It is the first language we know, and yet, for many of us, it becomes invisible as we grow older. We move because we must, we move to perform, we move to exercise—but rarely do we pause to notice how profoundly movement shapes who we are, how we feel, and how we connect with the world.
