Body Language & Charisma
Participants leave with practical, embodied tools they can immediately apply in meetings, presentations, and everyday professional interactions.

Description
Body Language and Charisma is a movement-based workshop series designed to help individuals and groups understand how physical presence, nonverbal communication, and movement patterns shape how they are perceived. Adaptable from a single introductory session to a multi-week course, this workshop can be tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses, organizations, and teams, with opportunities for both group learning and individual focus.
Using principles of kinesics, movement psychology, and embodied awareness, participants explore how posture, gesture, spatial use, and physical responsiveness influence confidence, credibility, and connection. Rather than teaching performative “power poses” or scripted behaviors, this work emphasizes authenticity—helping participants align their physical communication with their intentions and values.
Through guided movement exploration, observation, and reflection, participants develop greater awareness of their habitual body language and learn how to make intentional physical choices that support clear communication, leadership presence, and genuine charisma in professional and interpersonal settings.
