Private Coaching

Private coaching is one-on-one performance movement work tailored specifically to you. Each session is designed around your goals, physical needs, interests, and the real world contexts in which you want to move with more ease, clarity, confidence, or expressive choice.

This work centers on body awareness, intentional movement, and embodied presence. Rather than “fixing” your body, we explore how you already move, notice patterns and habits, and build options—so your movement becomes more responsive, expressive, and supportive of your performance and daily life.​

Private coaching is ideal if you want focused attention, personalized feedback, or support with a specific challenge, transition, or long-term goal. Sessions may include guided movement exploration, physical feedback, discussion, and practical tools you can integrate immediately.

 

Sessions are offered online, in person (Connecticut), or in a hybrid format.

 

In-person work allows for deeper physical and spatial feedback, while online coaching is thoughtfully adapted to support clarity, awareness, and meaningful progress wherever you are.

If you’re new to this work, start with a Beginner T package; choose online for flexibility, in-person for embodied depth, or hybrid if you want both.

Choose the format that best fits your location, comfort level, and schedule. Each option below includes clear descriptions so you can decide with confidence.

Micro-Guide

  • Online coaching is best if you want flexibility, live outside Connecticut, or prefer working from your own space.

  • In-person coaching (CT) is ideal if you want hands-on, spatial, and fully embodied feedback (recommended whenever possible).

  • Hybrid coaching offers a balance of in-person depth and online consistency.
