Body Awareness & Wellness
Participants leave with practical movement tools they can use to support well-being, focus, and balance in everyday life.

Description
Body Awareness & Wellness is an 8-session movement-based workshop series designed to support mental and emotional well-being through intentional physical movement. Geared toward participants seeking a more embodied approach to wellness, this series blends active movement with restorative practices to help regulate energy, reduce stress, and build awareness of the mind–body connection.
Each session includes a balance of dynamic movement and guided stretching, creating space for participants to engage the body actively while also slowing down and tuning inward. Rather than focusing on performance or athletic goals, the emphasis is on listening to the body, recognizing physical responses, and using movement as a tool for grounding, release, and emotional regulation.
Through consistent practice, participants develop greater awareness of how movement affects mood, focus, and overall well-being—learning how to intentionally use the body to support mental clarity and positive physical engagement.
