Dance Training Crash Course
Participants leave with a broad, functional foundation in dance and a stronger sense of confidence using movement as a tool for performance and expression.

Description
Dance Training Crash Course is a flexible, movement-based training series designed to provide participants with a foundational understanding of dance across multiple styles. Structured anywhere from a 4-week introduction to a 6-month immersive experience, the content is adapted to meet the needs, experience level, and goals of the group being taught.
The series may include creative movement, ballet, jazz, tap, musical theatre dance, social and ballroom movement, contemporary styles, and introductory choreography principles. Emphasis is placed on body awareness, coordination, rhythm, spatial use, and expressive movement rather than technical perfection, creating an accessible and confidence-building environment for participants of all backgrounds.
This workshop is particularly well suited for middle and high school groups, as well as performers pursuing the stage who lack formal dance training. By approaching dance through a movement-first lens, participants develop a functional, adaptable foundation that supports performance, storytelling, and physical confidence across disciplines.
